Products Damaged In Transit

Unfortunately items do get damaged in transit, regardless of how well it has been packaged.  On the very rare occasion this does occur, please contact us immediately on receipt of the goods.  We will seek to rectify the situation as quickly as we can.  This may involve that we ask for a photo of the damaged product or we may request that the item be returned to the store.  Depending on the item, we will advise you as to how we will rectify the situation and ensure you have the product as you require.

Incorrect Goods Supplied

Accidents happen from time to time and if we have accidentally give you the incorrect product, we will exchange the product you require once the incorrect product is returned to us. 

Change of Mind Returns 

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), if you would like to return an item because you have simply changed your mind, Buy for Baby Busselton will happily offer you a store credit or exchange for items returned within 14 days of purchase.  This is provided that the item:

• Is returned with a proof of purchase (receipt)
• Is unused, in its original condition and packaging as well as containing the instruction manuals and any accessories.

This does not apply to any sale or discontinued items as well as any safety products such as car seats and their accessories. Some hygiene products are unable to be returned unless they are faulty.

Buy for Baby Busselton is not obliged to offer a full refund for any change of mind purchases as given by your rights in the ACL.  You are responsible for any freight charges to and from Buy for Baby Busselton.

Faulty Products

If you believe you have received a product that is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible (but no later than 2 weeks) with your purchase details.  Buy for Baby Busselton will have the problem resolved in a reasonable amount of time.  Please note that normal warranty periods apply and Buy for Baby Busselton will act in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 

Other Returns

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Method

Refunds must be issued using the original payment method.
